2002
If you missed me in theatres, you can find me on Blockbuster
shelves instead. See me in my cinematic debut with no dialogue
in "How High" and with lines in Spanish in "Circuit."
In "How High," I’m a college student, and I’m in
a scene with Method Man, taking notes in a classroom. I’m
on-screen for a full 15 seconds. In the next scene, I am flabbergasted
and my mouth is open for another 10 seconds following a fantasy
sequence with Method Man. My brother howled when he saw me,
saying, in his totally unbiased opinion, that I was the best
thing in the movie. (No comment.) If the heavy swear words
aren't your cup of tea, fast-forward 45 minutes or so right
to my scene.
In "Circuit," I’m in the last two scenes. I receive
credit as the hysterical maid and you’ll see me ranting about
a dead body in Spanish next to William Katt (yes, The Greatest
American Hero). In one of the final scenes, you will see me
and David as movie patrons applauding a film screening. David
was very excited to make the final cut. The subject matter
might not be to your liking- the film is about the homosexual
party circuit- so feel free to skip ahead until my scenes.
If you want to see the whole movie, it's really good, although
disturbing.
Look for me in one of Shakira’s Pepsi commercials. In the
one I’m in, Shakira is performing in concert; look for me
in the crowd at the front of the stage. They may have shot
this differently for Spanish stations, because I’ve been spotted
there already. I haven’t seen me in the English version yet.
Remember that Land Rover commercial that takes place in front
of a nightclub? At the very beginning, I’m wearing a sexy
red dress and arguing with the bouncer. Just as you figure
out it’s me, a Land Rover pulls up, the bouncer starts drooling
(over the car, not me), and begs the couple in the car to
"TAKE ME WITH YOU... I CAN MAKE GUACAMOLE..." I
think the commercial’s been picked up for another run- so
keep your eyes peeled!
If you are a Trekkie, check out my Enterprise
Episode Synopsis page for details of each time I shoot
an episode on the set of Paramount. I will tell you all the
fun detials, whether I made the final cut and what I had for
lunch. You can always catch the re-runs if you blinked the
first time the episode aired and missed me.
